“I found the inspiration for my dance sculptures through the fabulous work of Martha Graham. A famous American dancer and choreographer who grounded modern dance in the USA. Her expressive way of dancing, “The Graham technique”, known for catching emotions in just one move, one pose, is inspiring. It was the base of my curiosity to catch expression and emotion in my dancers as well.
